What is included?
Step 1: Deep dive into your AI Agent strategy
We begin with an on-site deep dive into your AI Agent strategy, designed to thoroughly understand your unique objectives and requirements (½ day).
Step 2: Data, knowledge, and action analysis
Next, we conduct a remote analysis of the available data, knowledge, and actions to determine the foundational elements for your AI Agent solution (½ day).
Step 3: Initial Agent implementation (Proof of Concept)
We implement your first Agent as a proof of concept (POC), set up with 2 topics and 4 custom actions, tailored to your specific needs (lead time 1 week – remote).
Step 4: Testing and experimentation
Your team will have a three-week period for testing and experimenting with the new Agent, gaining insights into its effectiveness and performance.
Step 5: Results analysis and optimisation
We analyse the results after testing and fine-tune the solution to ensure it meets your expectations and optimally supports your business (1 day – remote or on-site).
Step 6: Comprehensive documentation
