Account Manager

As a growing agency, we’re looking for an Account Manager to join our team and help our clients achieve their business goals through effective use of Salesforce. Your profile
- Based in Belgium or the Netherlands.
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including executive and C-level.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs and understand our customers' business challenges.
- Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, both in Dutch as English (French is a plus).
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
What will you be doing?
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Regular check-in, steerco’s, inspiration sessions are a must aligning on the roadmap and discuss strategy.
- Act as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.
- Identify and grow opportunities within your customer portfolio.
- Create account plans for each customer.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Prepare reports on account status and keep customer records updated in our CRM system.
- Negotiate fee changes and work on RFP’s from existing clients.
- Serve as the primary link between our clients and internal teams.
- Manage a client portfolio, ensuring that our solutions align with their business objectives.
- Ensure clients receive our signature service throughout their journey with us.
